Handling first and third party claims in 11 different states, I investigate basic and occasionally moderately complex, unrepresented claims which may include uninsured or underinsured motorist claims involving physical property damage and/or bodily injury in single or multi car accidents; Injury Casualty Soft Tissue, and unrep-moderate claims. I also handle basic and occasionally moderately complex, non-represented CPL claims. I take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, make payments to appropriate parties, and negotiate and settle or refer bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved.I serve on Encompass' Root Cause Problem Solving committee. Issues raised in daily huddle meetings are brought to the committee. Problems are prioritized on likely impact and ease of implementation. We identify a problem or several problems and write them as Problem Statements. We then develop solutions that can be implemented within the team to the greatest extent possible and prioritize which solutions to test, or escalate the problem to the next level.I am a Leadership Principles Advocate and facilitator for team building sessions with coworkers.I have excellent customer service survey results.
