Human beings can get stuck or hijacked by patterns of behavior that no longer serve them. Horses offer non-judgemental feedback and help us to find our own authentic presence. They help us to learn the impact of our energy on others and create a powerful reference experience of who we actually want to be and what we want to project. Inflection points can be tough. When you are just about to break through to the next level, it often feels like there is a lot of resistance. You yearn for growth, for change, maybe for things to be better, but the task can feel overwhelming or elusive.At Choice Point Leadership we begin most engagements with the Positive Intelligence mental fitness program. Just like going to a gym--but for your brain--this foundational mindset mastery program helps people to recognize when they are in a sabotaging pattern and builds the muscle to get out.The Sage Leader program builds on this foundation with six modules of material that help individuals and small teams perform more effectively.
