Responsible for activities related to the Recruiting operations within Henry Ford Health System. Activities included database mining, networking, working with colleges and universities, advertisement placement, and screening candidates and subsequently forwarding qualified candidates to Recruiters and Managers for further consideration. Maintained recruiting data statistics and weekly reports for Management review and determination of best strategies for hiring best in class candidates.

Supported the Corporate Talent Acquisition Team to locate and recruit Engineers and Technical employees for positions within General Motors Corporation. Responsible for coordinating candidate interviews and updating the TALEO recruiting database with all recruiting and hiring activity. Assisted in processing of all new hire paperwork. Position involved interfacing effectively with all levels throughout the organization.

Responsible for recruiting and hiring of Programmers, Technical Analysts, and Business Analysts for positions within ADP, Inc.
