Arena PLM, a SaaS application, supports hundreds of corporate customers with thousands of users scattered across their global supply chains and has maintained 99.96% uptime since 2001.Managed a team responsible for developing, extending, optimizing, and maintaining the database layer of Arena PLM including data models. Led and worked with teams of application engineers and product designers to architect, design, develop, and test product enhancements. Successfully deployed 48 product releases over 6 years.

Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to develop a product roadmap. Made tradeoffs suited to our customers' needs and our technology platform, refined MRDs, and developed product requirements that drove the development process.

Designed and manufactured predominantly recreational underwater photography equipment for vertically-integrated company. Involved in nearly every stage of product development, from concept to product release.
