• Responsible for the daily timekeeping in the main office as well as in other branches• Posting Job Vacancies in Online Platforms (Jobstreet, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)• Filtering qualified applicants for the job vacancies• Conducts phone interviews for initial screening of applicants and initial interviews for walk-in applicants• Makes sure that applicants are passing their complete requirements on time• Makes sure that all job vacancies are filled for proper turnover of tasks• Assists in handling and dealing with employee concerns• Assists to all Payroll duties every cut-off• Responsible for the routing of documents to the employees as well as to the management• Construct Memos for better dissemination of information within the company• In charge of leave forms and overtime forms of employees from Main Office and in other branches• Files and organizes 201 of employees and important documents of the company• Scanning and Filing of important documents• In charge of the online payment and online posting of mandatory benefits of employees• Responsible for the strict implementation to the company rules
