Hi, I am Janette, registered and licensed dietitian. My passion for nutrition started when I went through a lifestyle change back in 2002. It was a huge life change for me, but it was one of the best decisions of my life. This led me to pursue a career in dietetics. I take pride in empowering my patients and clients, live happier healthier lives. I believe that living a healthy life doesn’t require restrictive or unsatisfying diets. I work with my clients to develop personalized and achievable goals to promote lifelong changes. When I am not working, I enjoy being a local tourist. Like to stay busy and active doing a variety of outdoorsy activities: sunset yoga, paddle-bogie boarding, running and bicycling at the park.
