Organising client passes, icebreaker attendance and networking dinner tickets.Coordinating guest speakers and their presentations.Maticulous planning to keep under budget while planning event specifications.Managing Invoice payments.Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with our team manning the stand and organisers.Communicating with marketing team to create effective advertisements and media posts for each event, and when necessary crafting marketing materials such as print for individual events.Anticipating and planning for different scenariosManaging lead opportunities from each event, to ensure that Sales meetings are booked and opportunities are maximised.Planning multiple Global events simultaneously.Undertaking Post Event Review meeting to evaluate the effectiveness of each event, track leads and establish value of the event and consider attendance again in following years.
