First point of contact for all customer complaints, affecting the timely and robust answer of NCRs using various root cause analysis tools i.e. 8D methodology, 5Y. Maintenance of Approved Supplier List, including supplier monitoring, critical supplier analysis and auditing.Analysis of customer complaints data, especially in regard to repeat concerns and specific customer requirements.Promoting quality awareness within the company.Overseeing manufacturing areas in regard to all aspects of the Quality Management System.Progression and analysis of internal non-conformances.Implementation of corrective and preventive measures, follow up preventive measures to ensure affectivity.Liaising with customers regarding quality issues, and ensuring customer requirements are adhered to.Review and approval of FAIRs.QMS Internal auditing of satellite units. Analysis of quality data and preparation of reports. Continuous improvement / 5C Change agent.Performing FMEAs in relation to risk mitigation and APQP. Preparing Production Part Approval Processes and ISIRs.Control and maintenance of calibration system, including quality department, production and tool room.Internal auditor, experience with ISO 9001, TS 16949, QS9000, ISO14001 and Ford Q1 system requirements.Extensive experience in accessing the web site based Ford applications including CMMS, SPEEDY.Administration of company IMDS site.Control of certificates of conformity. Physical testing and inspection of all factory produced foam products, using internationally recognised standards. Input and manipulation of SPC data using the SPSS QI analysis software.Dimensional testing of foam products to ensure compliance with set specifications, reading drawings and reporting deviations.Experienced in operating and programming the computer controlled Zwick universal testing machine.Daily sampling of production units and prioritisation of workloads.Five S committee member.

ISO management representative using the Q pulse record management system, preparing for external audits, organising internal audits, writing working instructions and procedures, control of all documentation. Maintaining the equipment calibration system.Physical testing and inspection of all factory produced insulation materials, phenolic, polyurethane and polyisocyanurates. Responsible for chemical ordering for all the production plants, including monitoring reorder levels, placing orders with suppliers and initiating purchase requisitions, using computerised purchasing system.Supervision of the Childers plant, producing a range of mastics and adhesives, colour matching, checking viscosities, adjusting mixes to meet required specifications, checking and maintaining raw material stock levels, issuing mix sheets, organising manning and maintenance of finished goods stock levels. Issuing of certificates of conformance and preparation of product data sheets.Staff association committee member.

Responsible for analysing daily production, general laboratory testing, R & D work, investigating customer complaints.Updating British Standards and laboratory test records.
