I have extensive experience in insurance contracting, contract review and indemnification language, claims and litigation legislation analysis, claims process improvement, and coverage analysis and reviews. In addition, my skills include insurance procurement. I have also performed comprehensive auditing and report authoring for public entities, excess carriers, and insurance carriers, as well as managed excess insurance for a school insurance cooperative. I have attended sensitive and significant mediations and settlement conferences. My positions have included TPA oversight.
