My role at Youle Chemicals was to support the M.D. in all aspects of operational administration and finance.As a small business it was essential to be able to utilise my professional and eclectic skills to any aspects within the business needing support. My goal and desire was always to strive for improvement and progression for the betterment of all.

I managed all the day to day operations within this busy NFU Office, including all aspects of Finance, Accounts, Insurance Policies and Claim Management, coupled closely with ensuring all the Farming Legislation issues were always up to date and actioned accordingly. I personally overhauled, updated and modernised all the internal office systems and associated processes. I ensured everything worked to the height of efficiency, ensuring fast and accurate retrieval of all data, whether I.T. based or a manual hard copy for policy documentation and insurance schedules.
