Worked as part of a project team to support the operational elements of Farm to Fork Trails (part of the Tesco Eat Happy Project), including: the development of training materials for store colleagues to enhance delivery of interesting and engaging store visits for primary aged children; the delivery of training sessions (alongside an external training agency) for new colleagues as well as sessions to update and upskill existing Trail Guides; and the production of data analysis and forecasting for senior management.

Successfully managed the communication and delivery of Tesco for Schools & Clubs (previously Tesco Computers for Schools and Tesco Sport for Schools & Clubs). Liaised and negotiated with suppliers to produce an annual catalogue of equipment based on current trends within education, to reduce margins and to improve value for schools. Managed the delivery of vouchers to stores nationwide to maintain availability throughout the promotion. Liaised with supporting agencies and suppliers to organise 100s of local events with MPs to celebrate success of each year’s scheme.Worked as part of a project team to developed and launched the trial of a Tesco Kids United (a community programme to deliver equipment to local community based projects working with children). After the trial evaluated programme and presented recommendations to senior management.Supported events agency and managed PR agency and stores to increase awareness of Tesco Great School Run with participation increasing year on year from 100,000 to 1.2 million.Managed an events agency to deliver the Tesco Cup (a community based football competition for boys and girls between the ages of 13 and 16) including 8 footballing events over a six week period.
