    Manage administrative staff, assistant to the Director and Command Staff of the department. Payroll, bill coding, and GCIC TAC. Prepare packets for new hires, which includes administering psyche tests, preparing all required documents, setting up interviews, and providing info for new hires to HR. I obtain uniform clothing and all necessary equipment. Provide customer service to walk-ins and by answering calls. Make arrangements for per diem, hotels, etc., for conferences and training. Maintain Outlook calendar for the director. Organize & maintain personnel records. Prepare and generate requisitions in ordering department equipment, supplies, uniforms, etc. Manage and prepare for GCIC audits for criminal and non-criminal justice. Work closely with IT to keep department computers, software, phones and vehicle electronics maintained. Run applicant DL/criminal histories for background checks. Maintain Live Scan and assist officers as needed in obtaining certification and updating passwords as needed. Annual manage the Christmas for Kids program for youth in our community.
