  Manage new, refurbish and ongoing store procurement, project management and negotiations for the end to end delivery of innovative fixtures and fittings across the SRG companies. This role deals directly with China and local manufacturers for design and development of concept fixtures, where I remotely lead teams and contractors in a fast paced environment, while also supporting our frontline store teams with their day to day goods not for resale product requirements.- Directly manage team of 4 to support 260 stores across all SRG brands, in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore- Directly engage and liaise with local manufacturers and factories in China to develop in-house concept fixtures to meet fast paced company growth and roll out of refurbished and new store concepts.- Liaise with internal teams from Finance, IT, Space Planning, Merchandising and Operations to deliver stores from concept to Merchandising handover- Create and manage visual, written and verbal communication of fixture design, process documents, install and maintenance for our frontline teams- Management of existing store rollout program, supporting the implementation of seasonal fixtures, internal signage and new development items - Travel nationally and internationally to meet with stores and suppliers to provide guidance on company fixtures requirements- International and local Travel to view latest trends in global retail markets and trade events for inspiration and development within SRG brands
