As Global Chair and CEO, I am proud to work alongside EY’s 400,000 people across 150 countries to build a better working world. Prior to my appointment, I led the EY Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO), a diverse team of over 14,000 professionals across 90 geographies.Throughout my 30-year career in professional services, I have provided assurance and consulting services to leading Fortune 500 companies and worked with boards, audit committees and senior management to resolve complex business issues. I have served as the Global Client Service Partner and Senior Advisory Partner to many of EY’s largest global clients.I am a champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the marketplace and EY’s communities, and a member of the EY Global Social Equity Task Force.Since joining EY as an intern, I have served in a wide variety of roles, including as FSO Assurance Managing Partner, Banking and Capital Markets Sector Leader and FSO Initial Public Offering Leader. I also serve as Board Chair for Women’s World Banking and am a member of the Board of Directors for UNICEF USA. I received my BSE from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and my MBA from Columbia University.
