Senior Group Human Resources Manager (Ta+Bp)
Current- Handle the Talent Acquisition, mainly focus on Group Level Senior Corporate Management Position including C level position in different industries e.g. Retail, F&B, Supermarket, Wet market, Engineering, Facilities, Logistic, Marketing & etc. Direct recruited 17 positions in Senior management position within 3 months - Lead and oversee the TA & BP activities of BUs- Provides HR guidance, analyze metrics, works with management to improve relationships and productivity- Act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals- understand how current and future challenges impact the people in their organization. Enable them to provide valuable advice and coaching to key stakeholders.- Understand and deal with a business risk or opportunity in a way that leads to a good outcome. Connect business issues to HR activities and outcomes and help the organization tackle these challenges- Use data strategically and track KPIs and use them to drive performance and achieve objectives. - Provide advice and suggestions for cultural transformation initiatives to shape a strong organizational culture- Help buying department to find a worldwide middleman for connecting with food makers to get a sole agent or distributor for the company, targeted and reached the middleman successfully including Japan, Korea and Australia.
