Working with the Arts Council of Lake Oswego and committee members, coordinated the 2014 "Plein Air: A Chronicle of Lake Oswego" show as a part of the Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts. The exhibit was a great success and will be repeated on an annual basis.

Served as board member for Clackamas County Cultural Coalition. The board oversees annual distribution of funds designated for Clackamas County and collected by the Oregon Cultural Trust. Funds are granted for visual and performing arts as well as literary programs and projects.

Responsible for retail and business banking in the Metro Region which included the Portland metropolitan area, Vancouver, and Bellevue, Washington. Oversaw six direct reports, four of whom were business development officers and two regional managers who managed approximately 85 people in store locations throughout the region. • Only region in Oregon and one of only two regions in entire company to exceed annual goals in one year• Managed 15 operating and sales budgets as well as store deposit projections• Implemented a more customer-responsive lending approach that led to increased growth, greater profit, and new banking relationships• Developed and implemented sponsorship and marketing events in local markets and neighborhoods• Opened five new retail stores

Managed marketing teams located throughout the Western Region of the bank and developed turnkey marketing programs for launching new branch openings. Created annual plans in partnership with all bank lines of business. • Received the Oregon District Impact Champion award• Managed eight district marketing budgets• Wrote and presented business case resulting in the launch of a million dollar marketing program

Oversaw marketing, product management, pricing, and communications for the Bank One locations throughout Texas. Also managed product management teams in the Southwest Region working out of Phoenix, Arizona.
