My career began in 1994 working on a Forensic Unit conducting both pre and post disposition evaluations while providing short term treatment to those individuals mandated by the court system. Offenses ran from DV up to manslaughter and homicide. Other positions held working in outpatient settings running family programs, adolescents with substance and mental health conditions up until recruitment to Effective School Solutions where I held many clinical and administrative positions including most recent, Executive Director of Staffing/Recruitment and Staff Development. I have provided extensive supervision to many (ESS) employees, helped cultivate and see through several staff promotions.Other education: Contemporary Institute of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
