Through collaborating efforts and a passionate drive to make a difference for the innocent, vulnerable little lives suffering from abuse and neglect, I focus my efforts on awareness, legislative initiatives and volunteer growth in the community. My goal is to make a safer community that cares and works together to protect children.

The focus on raising awareness of the growing issue of child sex trafficking, sexual abuse and exploitation in the community has been the purpose and objectives for Starbright Foundation, as well as the creation and opening of a safe house where children are able to heal and receive the specialized care needed for the traumas suffered from abuse and violence. The goal is to raise community awareness to stop the heinous crimes against innocent children in AZ while providing a nurturing, safe environment for victims who have been rescued.

Daily operations of running a full service restaurant starting with ensuring excellent customer service, leading and motivating a daily lunch and dinner crew to guarantee the customer's expectations are well exceeded by the highest level of food quality to the smallest attention to detail through diligence that provides the most enjoyable customer dining experience possible. Duties: Customer Service, inventory tracking, scheduling, training, hiring, event planning and coordinating, employee evaluations, development and implementation of company policy and procedures, Guest greeting and Bar counter orders, take-out orders, daily server check outs, nightly reports and deposit, develop an effective daily server station chart, create running side work and end of shift duties for kitchen and front of the house employees, oversee the kitchen and food quality, ensure items are up to par and ready for each shift, employee evaluations and raises, termination of employees if necessary, setting an example for staff to see what is priority and how to interpret a customer's needs before they ask. A full-service restaurant is about team work. Everyone must be at their peak during the hectic stress of a dinner or lunch rush which means proper training and well-stated company policy and procedures are needed to prevent a potential loss of repeat customers. Under my direct management of Floridino's the daily operations were fine tuned and policy and procedures were established to enable the extensive growth that started in 1999 as sales almost doubled in my two years as the general manager, and since, those numbers have had astounding growth of nearly five times the total annual sales.
