I work with key stakeholders to design and implement HR processes and initiatives that support business aims and my primary responsibilities are resource and talent planning, & attraction strategies, performance management, reward, graduate recruitment and learning and development covering the whole people journey from recruitment and selection, induction, performance and development to exit. This role involves regular travel to Bristol and Scotland.
