I strive to be a servant leader, working to meet the needs of my team and my organization, helping both to grow and prosper. In my current role, I help guide executives as they lead their organizations through culture change. I'm a natural problem solver, working to build relationships and understand the true underlying issue first, and then using creativity to bring positive outcomes whenever possible.While I have spent the majority of my career in healthcare, the skills that I have acquired to bring about the successful implementation of many projects and activities can be applied across the marketplace. I have experience improving quality measures, successfully executing complex and overlapping project plans, implementing Epic (EMR) and walking both executives and end users through successful change management. When not working, I currently serve as President of the Board of the Gorham Food Pantry, a volunteer organization that helps feed our neighbors here in Gorham.
