Janet's work focuses on improving HR functions of multinational organizations through technical process redesign, HRMS implementation solutions, and shared services optimization. She brings experience through process flow mapping, current state assessment, and change management strategy.Janet is primarily involved with systems integration of global Workday HR transformations. She has led teams across multiple functional areas, and acts as a subject matter expert in Workday security. Janet's client portfolio includes successful project implementations of top organizations and Diamond accounts such as Boeing, Accenture (internal), and The Walt Disney Company.Prior to Accenture, Janet has consulted in the Workday space at top firms such as KPMG and Towers Watson. She is actively involved with the Girls Who Code and Accenture's Asian Pacific American association. Janet graduated Cum Laude from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering. She is also Workday certified in HCM, Recruiting, Learning, and Talent/Performance.
