- In partnership with the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) and Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE), support nation-wide Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) system for over 11,000 healthcare facilities, processing over one million HL7 CDA messages daily- Lead cross-functional team of business analysts and engineers in development of Reportable Conditions Knowledge Management System (RCKMS), a decision support application for public health reporting, including support in all phases of software development lifecycle - In conjunction with CSTE, support translation and implementation of clinical guidelines into decision support rules for public health reporting for over 100 communicable and non-communicable diseases, including COVID-19- Support deployment and integration of web services onto external AWS hosted platform, and coordinate integration and end to end testing activities with external stakeholders- Develop test plans and test suite using HL7 V2, V3 and FHIR standards, including the electronic initial case report (eICR) and Reportability Response (RR) - Lead requirements development and user acceptance testing for development of decision support application- Provider user and production support for over 50 public health agencies and healthcare/EHR partners- Maintain project documentation including product backlog, roadmaps, project timelines and Jira boards
