I manage native iOS (iphone and ipad) and android app development projects. I also manage the design and development of CMS & Technical Applications and have experience of Kentico CMS delivery.I am responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects to clients both locally and within the USA. I provide project planning and control including developing and maintaining detailed project plans and managing the project deliverables in line with the project plans. I also manage project scope and change control and escalate issues where necessary. I manage projects within the defined budgets and work closely with the users to ensure that the projects meet the business needs.

I managed both Facebook App development projects and ecommerce/Website development projects. I also liaised with client and marketing agencies regarding projects and advised them and offered guidance on functionality, best practices and usability.

I joined the Development Lifecycle Services (DLS) team at the end of December 2012. This was primarily a support team, which maintained and supported a number of Testing and Configuration Management Tools. This team was split across the US, Strabane and Londonderry. I was responsible for coordinating and monitoring the workflow of the DLS team and I also worked alongside the team to project manage upgrades and changes to the systems we supported. My responsibilities included contributing to the creation of Cost Benefit Analysis documentation, completion of the required project reporting documentation, scheduling releases inline with the Infrastructure Release team and I had ownership for team/project issues or risks. I maintained project plans and ensured the delivery of the agreed solution was in line with the baselined project plan.

I initially joined Steria as a Project Administrator. This role mainly involved providing project administration duties for several projects as requested by Project/Programme Manager(s).In November 2006 I was promoted to Project Manager and I was responsible for the successful delivery of numerous projects primarily to the Northern Ireland Civil Service.

Whilst working for Relay my main objective was to enhance and improve the current testing and release process and to ensure that the entire WorkCentre product had a suite of automated test scripts. I was our team representative on the Software Process Improvement Committee and through this committee was able to suggest and implement various ways of improving the current processes.

I joined Abbey National in 1998 as part of their IT graduate scheme and initially was part of the project team within GMTS developing the new Cash Ordering systems for the branch network in Milton Keynes. Subsequently I was involved in several following projects as a developer/tester in Belfast such as Developer/Tester for the project Introducer Internet – Home and Protect the Abbey Way andTester on the One on One project. In November 2004 I was promoted to Test Manager and project managed the Validation phase of the iMCA project and was responsible for ensuring that system test plans for the various test releases were written and executed. I chaired a testing strategy workshop in which decisions were made regarding the test process that the iMCA project would follow and then produced a test strategy document which detailed the processes to be followed. I also represented the testing area in meetings and provided consultancy on testing techniques.
