I was responsible for Blue chip clients for example Audi across the UK, designing and implementing the brand guardian role, managing the entire network of sites from inception through to fit out and supply chain. I managed a team of designers undertaking various projects from £3k fit-out and refurbishments to £15 million projects. Including Customer Experience Design, concept, furniture design, corporate design and implementation printed manuals. Our team designed, specified and tested products to ensure they were fit for purpose; as the brands expect the materials to be rolled out to 500+ No. sites.In Addition to Audi, I undertook the Concept Design, User Experience and Retail concept from British Army Recreational Facilities, brands such as Skoda, and Lincoln USA. I developed the showroom concept for Volkswagen UK at the age of 22. Ford Motor Company in the development of a European brand manual in 24 languages, Jaguar Cars, including the Formula 1 motorhome development. Concept Sketch Design, Visualisation, Finishes and Mood boards and prepare presentations to gain Clients' understanding of their needs and vision. I was involved in over 1,500 individual projects involving operator, brand, franchise, marketing, project management, financial services and parent company (Germany). Including advising on UK legislation and guidance. Creating bespoke interior furniture and products to suit the Clients' requirements. A thoroughly fantastic role and I enjoyed and met some great individuals throughout Europe.
