Known as the "Resumaniac", I am an award-winning and highly experienced Career Counselor and Executive Coach. I have been quoted and featured in NEWSDAY for my coaching and counseling expertise. Since 2009 I have been a Senior Career Consultant at Partners International, which is a high touch, boutique, woman founded/owned Career Transition and Talent Consulting firm. Prior to Partners, I gained my counseling and coaching experience at two of the world's largest career transition firms. Additionally, I have my own private Career Transition practice, HIRE EDUCATION, working remotely as well as on Long Island and in Manhattan. My background, training and expertise in Human Resources emanates from my early experience at HBO where I was one of the first HR Associates/Recruitment Coordinators hired when they launched their HR Department. After several years I was promoted and transferred to Time Inc.'s Magazine Group's HR Division. I teach workshops, conduct webinars and work one-on-one with clients. Topics include interpreting Career Assessment instruments which help clients gain insight into their vocational interests, style and workplace impact, Writing and editing stellar Resumes, maximizing Interview success, drafting impactful Emails and Letters, Networking, Offer Negotiation, and Onboarding and Retention are additional areas of expertise. I have gained significant experience over the years, guiding, training and engaging individuals and groups from the C-Suite to entry level from all industries both domestically and internationally.
