One of the recent highlights of my career has been the opportunity to create the new Cashrewards brand identity. What I have discovered is that when you get to do this sort of work - design that will represent and touch every part of the business - from within the business itself, there is a whole new level of collaboration and understanding that is available. The value of that is great, and can be seen in the results.I continue to work within the business to build and celebrate the brand through creative design and brand guideline development. • Designed, developed and rolled out a new brand design, covering all aspects of the visual branding. On-goingly working with teams to understand and implement the brand guidelines• Concepting, designing, managing and collaborating across multiple projects as a senior member of the Creative team• Supporting, mentoring and offering design direction and learnings within the creative team• Designed, developed and wrote a comprehensive brand guidelines document to reflect the new brand strategy, TOV and brand design throughout all touch points and for all teams• Further development of the brand as it evolves, including an ownable illustration style• Lead B2B designer, working collaboratively with the B2B team to bring events and comms to life with the Cashrewards brand•Contributing to key initiatives within the leadership group of the brand team, spanning across L&D, processes and creative standards• Contributing to company initiatives, including the Diversity & Inclusion working group, company wide Hackathons, and many marketing team and company wide events and projects• Recipient of Cashrewards March Values Award in 2022 - “We are pioneers”
