My main objective is to find the most efficient commercial and cost effective solution for my clients. With extensive transaction experience in construction projects and commercial & energy services for the real estate industry, I assist throughout the entire life cycle of their project, from inception/tender phase through to project delivery including contract negotiation and administration. My core areas of focus are construction projects, commercial contracts and energy procurement. My clients appreciate my practical and cost-conscious approach and have described me as someone who "just gets it" and "truly partners with them in their business".My clients include major developers, large listed property trusts, Universities, schools, faith based institutions, contractors, sub-contractors and major suppliers. I also act for a number of overseas and local companies, advising in respect of procurement and alternative delivery models for proponents contracting with government, including advising in relation to the government tender framework, project risks, tender documentation, the rights of tenderers and the obligations of government agencies.Over the years I developed a niche capability in energy procurement services to the real estate industry, particularly in relation to electricity, gas and green products.
