At Pfizer, a $50B Fortune 500 company, Jane led the technology elements of $160+ billion worth of Business Development transactions and deployment of Microsoft 365 to 120,000+ workers.Jane is now focused exclusively on giving back to the IT community by coaching to unlocking the full potential of leaders through discovery and evolution of their authentic leadership style. She has advised and worked closely with CEOs, CIOs, VPs, Directors, Managers, and entry-level colleagues. Her areas of focus include leadership development, building and managing high performing teams, effective communications to executive leadership teams, and navigating complex and challenging environments.
