As the first Fulbright ETA to live and work in the Andahuaylas province, I established Fulbright's relationship with Universidad Nacional José María Arguedas, designed & executed a 40-hr workshop series on communicative language pedagogy, empowering local English teachers, and collaborated with the university & K-12 schools to provide multi-level English courses and intercultural learning opportunities.

Pioneered new course offering, combining 2 curricula and grade-level learning objectives to create new course protocol.

MOSAIC exists to provide a welcoming multicultural space for Union University students, facilitate dialogue on race, justice & reconciliation, and build bridges between students of different racial, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. In my Operations role, I improved communication between staff & student leadership and members via social media marketing, weekly membership outreach, & team meetings - resulting in increased member attendance, campus event attendance & volunteer participation. I co-created & facilitated the first student-led new leader interview process & leadership retreat for new student executives.

Prepped materials, welcomed & registered guests (26 Christian & Muslim scholars and activists) for multi-national interfaith conference, supporting the Issachar Fund's interfaith IDEA initiative.Established & documented processes to improve efficiency of events materials prep and the recording of grantee & conference contact notes.
