I am a peer support facilitator for Brain Health Breakthrough CIC, working with the Long-COVID peer support programme manager to support, facilitate, develop, promote and deliver an effective peer support service for individuals with long-COVID and their families within Lancashire. I have had long covid since March 2020. #longcovidchampion #brainhealthbreakthroughcic I am a nonfiction writer and poet. I am currently taking a break from my role as a performance poet and poetry events curator, due to having long covid. I have a BSc Hons degree in Herbal Medicine, and formerly worked as a practitioner. I also have experience as a tutor of science and maths.
