CurrentDuties/Responsibilities:General oversight of the IT infrastructure, provisioning, planning, installation and operation.researching and planning for implementation of the most recent technologies in the industry.Provide IT support to end user for of the Company and Conduct user training for software and application as required.Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications and Monitor & maintain computer systems.Troubleshoot system & network problems & Diagnose & solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as requiredConfigure, Backup, Update Switching, Routing and Firewall.Data Backup & recovery Solution.Maintain all hardware and software assets record, system documentationMaintenance and management of CCTV, Attendances & Access control Device and other IT equipment.Purchase IT Equipment from different Suppliers as per company requirements.::::::Network Administrator::::::Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols.Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements.Server Maintenance: Installation, Configuration and administration of Windows Server 2012, Active Directory services. Also have have install and manage CentOS and VyOS from LINUX SERVER environment.
