I am a food scientist and quality assurance professional with years of experience in the food industry and academia, holding multiple certifications in food protection, preventive control, and SQF practitioner. As a Quality Assurance Lead at MYOJO U.S.A., I ensure the food safety and quality of our products, which include fresh and frozen noodles, dumplings, and sauces. I implement and maintain the food safety and quality management systems, following the regulatory and customer requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve any issues or complaints.In addition, I am a Senior Program Coordinator and a Graduate Student Researcher at Cal Poly Pomona, where I pursue my Master of Science degree in Agriculture - Food Science. I coordinate and support the academic programs and services offered by the College of Professional and Global Education, and I conduct research on the utilization of bacteriophage as a novel biocontrol agent for proactive Escherichia coli prevention in microgreen cultivations. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and safety of food products, as well as advancing the field of food science through research and innovation.
