It offers efficient management of bank staff, shift scheduling, and effective communication with flexible workers. Additionally, Patchwork Health offers valuable workforce analytics, providing insights into utilization rates and performance metrics to support informed staffing decisions.Within this role, my key responsibilities encompassed:- Expanding functionalities for a Rota management system. This involved actively contributing to the design and development of a staff access management system and a dispute system for staff shift management.- Implementing a weekly timesheets subsystem that streamlined the workflow for both workers and their supervisors, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of working hours.- Extending the GraphQL API, enhancing the platform's capabilities and improving integration with other systems.

My responsibilities:- I took part in the design and implementation of planned features for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of a custom-branded bank card provider and banking solutions provider.- Improved project documentation, creating an effective onboarding process for new developers, and successfully onboarding new backend developers to ensure seamless project transitions and efficient knowledge sharing.
