As the Chief Product Officer at Vitec Raisoft, I leverage my 20+ years of software development and design experience to plan and make strategic decisions for the company’s products and health care solutions. interRAI is a global network of researchers and clinicians that develops standardized assessment tools and outcome measures for various care settings and populations. I have been working with interRAI products since 2006, when I joined Raisoft as a software developer. I later became a software architect and led the design and implementation of the company’s interRAI application and modules for different markets and languages. I also contributed to the development of Raisoft's own care documentation application for the Swiss market. My mission is to deliver well-designed, user-friendly, and reliable software solutions that enhance the quality of care and improve the outcomes for clients and caregivers. I enjoy collaborating with interRAI experts, customers, and partners to understand their needs and expectations, and to provide them with optimal solutions that meet their goals and standards. I am passionate about learning new technologies and best practices, and applying them to my work. I am fluent in English, Swedish, and Finnish, which allows me to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
