With 4 years in the financial sector and 3 years in the restaurant industry, I've had the privilege of leading teams, opening credit union branches, and launching restaurant locations. One of my proudest achievements was becoming the Head Teller of the busiest branch in the Credit Union, which humbled me and showed me the importance and value of a team. My approach to work is rooted in the belief that people have the potential to achieve remarkable things when empowered. This belief has consistently driven success in my career. I thrive in collaborative, dynamic environments and have a proven track record of successful leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement.I take great pride in witnessing the growth and success of the individuals I've had the privilege to lead.
