-Project management: Communicate organization priorities and goals before internal and external stakeholders. Provide administrative oversight and fiscal support of multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and implement systems to support the capacity building of a broad coalition. Lead continuous improvements in service delivery-Monitoring, evaluation, and compliance: Assist in designing a data management plan for the organization. Identify best practices and establish baseline metrics for each project. -Serve as the primary staff advisor to 18 members of the Students’ Union and 30+ student organizations with a $195,000 budget, plan and facilitate a Leadership Retreat, and supervise all sponsored events -Support and mentor two FTE coordinators, supervise summer intern, and directly supervise 7 Campus Life student workers -Directly supervise 6 Basic Needs Center student workers and facilitate monthly training meetings, implement food insecurity initiatives, outreach to donors, and develop community partnerships -Plan and schedule orientation social activities, collaborate with campus partners to streamline communication to new students, recruit and train 20 orientation leaders, and launch online modules. -Serve in the on-call crisis and emergency duty rotation with the division’s other senior leadership-Plan and execute 5 in-person events for various heritage months like Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month through collaboration with students, student organizations, staff, and faculty-Oversee the social media management of the Student Experience Instagram account

-Lead a small group of seven students in a group project and reading discussions, facilitate speaker panels/learning activities, and help build a strong class community-Mentor seven high school and community college students for a course at De Anza College and explore Asian American community and embark on a personal journey to explore identity, history, education, career paths, leadership, and civic engagement-Collaborate with APALI staff and interns to lead the 2021 Youth Leadership Academy-Grade weekly reading assignments and support with a group project

-Planned and executed 5 in-person Welcome Week social events for new incoming students and second year students that range from 50-200+ participants and a $15,000 budget-Created and facilitate social justice workshop content for the summer Student Organization Conference providing training and development for USD's 180+ undergraduate student organizations -Researched and outreached to keynote speakers and workshop facilitators for the Fall conference

-Spearheaded the first APIDA Fall and Spring Social events in-person and virtually via Zoom -Directly supervised and mentored 2 undergraduate interns by providing feedback on projects, conducting semesterly performance evaluations, monitoring tasks, and mentorship-Planned educational programs ranging from 10-200+ participants with a budget up to $5,000Facilitated DEI workshops such as Identity & Intersectionality, Unpacking Privilege, Implicit Bias, Microaggressions, and LGBTQ+ inclusion trainings and for the Rainbow Educators program-Developed and implemented program assessment followed by a detailed report to present findings

-Collaborated with Lead Intern to create educational structure and provide pedagogy for the Summer Internship Program (SIP) and Youth Leadership Academy (YLA)-Researched and provided curriculum development resources to intern team -Suggested and implemented accessible and inclusive practices for team meetings and internship
