Successfully managed the internal operations of a 45 year old nonprofit organization that provides community/residential services for persons with developmental disabilities. Key Accomplishments: • Coordinated the strategic plan and annual action plan with a process that included input from a diverse group of stakeholders resulting in new guiding principles and a vision statement • Provided leadership staff with strong day to day leadership presence and a functional organizational structure for improved communication and more efficient and effective systems • Developed policies and procedures that advanced RHC toward CARF accreditation and contractual compliance. A successful mock survey was conducted August 2008. • Coordinated grants administration and championed need for infrastructure investment resulting in private funding for technology • Oversight of signature event moving it from a community event to a fundraising opportunity

Enjoyed teaching undergraduate and graduate students foundation courses in education and special education courses for majors.

Speaking of Women's Health Foundation is an edutainment event with tremendous granting opportunities for women's health. The Madison Indiana event for the last 10 years has had sold out crowds. What a pleasure to work with an outstanding group of women who made a difference in the health of women in their community.
