Responsible for the overall passenger service quality, as well as passengers, luggage, personnel and crew handling processes at the terminal. I am responsible for analyzing, initiating and leading the projects related to terminal capacity, as well as introducing innovation and technology solutions related to operations and processes (such as automated processes or control systems). Within the Department I manage the Lost&Found office and the broadcast team. I am responsible for the whole signage and wayfinding at the airport.

Responsible for final quality control process before projects are handed over.My duties include: managing Quality Control Team, analyzing changing documentation and requirements, preparing guidelines for Planning Teams, reporting on quality performance, communication with clients regarding requirements changes.

I was responsible for the quality of passenger service and for implementing innovative projects and technological solutions. I participated in several procurement procedures as a technical specialist, and have led the implementation of a number of innovative technological solutions, including the automatic passenger queue management system (first such instalation in Poland, and as far as I know first at any airport worldwide) and the automatic boarding pass check.My tasks also included analyzing databases of passengers undergoing boarding pass checks as well as passengers with reduced mobility handling statistics.As part of my responsibilities I have been authorized to process personal information. In addition, I worked in the EURO 2012 task team as team secretary and leader in the following fields: voluntary work organization – servicing fans, guests and UEFA delegates; temporary terminal facilities; buffer zone; security check. I was one of the few people deeply involved in preparing the Chopin Airport for the tourney in the long term. I also worked in the Airport Collaborative Decision Making implementation task force, as a leader of the Variable Taxi Times Calculation Working Group. I coordinated the preparations of the Warsaw Chopin Airport for the Europa League Final – I was responsible for the entirety of the preparation process, coordinating activities in all areas. This required me to set goals, schedules and select the persons to be involved. During the realization I was responsible for servicing teams and contacting UEFA. In addition, I was one of the the members of the Coordination Centre.
