Manages the Lifetouch Global Outreach for Lifetouch, Inc., 2006 to 2024.* Managed 50 volunteers/participants as well as the relationship with 3rd party vendor. Orchestrated logistics for week-long trips. Trips provided diverse service experiences for participants in New Orleans, Haiti, Navajo Nations in Arizona, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. * Manages key relationships with strategic partners with the School Superintendents Association (AASA), National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), National PTA, and National School Board Association members in the U.S. and Canada.* Created and led a book drive to replenish classroom libraries within three schools devastated by Hurricane Harvey. Partnered with Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA) and Scholastic Book Fairs allowing Lifetouch employees to fulfill teacher’s wish list.* Successfully partnered with a community in Dominican Republic and have helped build two self- sustaining schools in Constanza and Rio Grande.* Led the establishment of a communication platform that drove global communications from the Dominican Republic to classrooms, gymnasiums, offices, and homes throughout North America. Provides opportunity for participants to have two-way communication with students, staff and families in real time.* Engaged 2,000 Dominican Republic children by creating Picture Day, photographing them, and delivering the finished images within 48 hours.

Manage budget and a team of 2 direct reports and 10 trainees. Report to Vice President of Human Resources. Create and implement initiatives in learning and development, talent acquisition, onboarding, leadership, and succession planning, partnering with business leaders in the organization. Coach and mentor participants, providing support for Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and 6-month WIN leadership projects. Partner in the delivery of training. - Created and developed Territory Manager Program, a multi-phase on the job training that resulted in placing 100 Territory Managers, 6 Regional Directors of Sales, and the Vice President of Sales. - Drove the creation and execution of 8-month, 3-part program to build a pipeline of talent across field, home office, and production. In 5 years, engaged 82 participants from 30 U.S. states and 5 Canadian provinces. - Led strategic design and execution of TMTrac Talent Management Program that has engaged 130 participants to date and that is currently providing 4-weeks of training to its 8th set of cohorts. The program encompasses Business Acumen and Field Operations, High-Performance Sales Culture, and the Leadership Challenge and has resulted in retention rate of 82%.- Empower leaders with skill gaps to develop the capabilities for their leadership roles by creating and implementing a 1-year adjunct to TMTrac Program that addresses Emotional Intelligence, Business Acumen, Sales Management, and Operations Management.
