Education is the key to success. So all of us get educated in schools and colleges . We collect degrees. We feel we are now ready for success. But , and there is a big “But” here!!!We realize very soon that we are far away from success or its prerequisites. The reason is quite obvious. We are not equipped with one unique talent required for success - “LEARNING” .The so called education that we talk about is just a business where students are taught to appear for exams , somehow get across the passing line and jump from one grade to another and another without even “LEARNING”.The students are not encouraged to acquire knowledge and skills. They are encouraged to remember and reproduce in the examination.Understanding , Churning , Realizing and Applying are the pillars of education and unfortunately the most ignored aspects in today’s education system.This gap induced a restlessness in me and some like minded people. Thus started our effort towards value added education , in the form of PRUDENT SOFTWARE AND GROOMING ACADEMY..We decided to help the students . The students who have this awareness that the education they have received is away from basic requirements of success can come to us and benefit from our technical grooming sessions.We help software students to improve upon their conceptual clarity and logic building.We help them to gain a fearless temperament towards programming and applying software technologies for creating useful stuff. This obviously leads to self confidence. Once equipped with this mindset , the placement goals of the students become very easy to achieve.Thus the journey towards success begins !
