Jan Hein Nielsen’s current position is as Managing Director in the Brussels based learning solutions company AIM&Associes Sprl.Jan is the co-founder of "The Art of Hosting & Harvesting/Participatory Leadership" and "The Flow Game" and is the author of the book, "Idea Development – from head to hands".Jan Hein Nielsen have been in the professional field of leadership, business development and HR since 1995, His experience is based on his professional education within Market Economy, Business Administration and Organisational Development and a carreer in various management positions and as organisational consultant.He was early on in his career appointed as the Chairman of Danish Entrepreneurs Association in 1997 and the following years he held a position as Project Manager in the venture capital market and was later appointed Regional Director working with business and leadership development. Jan have also served several companies as board member, one of which - Allergica amba. - he was appointed as CEO in a company turnaround process that was completed successfully after four years.Jan Hein Nielsen started his first consultancy in 1995 and have served as consultant in the field of systemic organizational change and development and is continued inspired by enabling the potential in leaders engaging and empowering staff and stakeholders for co-creating collaborative and innovative solutions.He has made it a core competence to implement participatory governance and leadership in organizational development and as a capacity for people of all levels in the organizations and communities to integrate and practice.
