• Lead and develop a team of specialists in 2 departments: Project Logistics and Software delivery • Identifies cost saving opportunities and develops operational plans for implementation • Work with external providers on any new system implementations including WMS/TMS and automation/robotics to Increase efficiencies by automating processes • Responsible for creating and managing project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success • Lead and partner with the operations teams to define software requirements to fulfill business strategies

• Developing logistics services solutions within the warehouse facility and computer manufacturing• Designing warehousing and transportation solutions• Utilize improvement and analysis methods, such as process, inventory and shipment data analysis, time and motion studies, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma, facility and work cell design, IT systems integration, performance measurement, financial analysis, and cost justification.• Defining and managing multiple operational improvement initiatives.• Sharing best practice documentation, tools and key learning's across the organization,• Documenting and presenting logistics solutions to clients and senior leadership for review and agreement.• Supporting Operations during implementation and with continuous improvement projects in existing facilities.• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Maintain inventory items in both WMS and SQL database tablesMonitor and report on stock inventory counts and adjustmentsWork with the operations team to investigate issues, request recounts, and troubleshoot problems Maintain and follow appropriate on processes and procedures; identify and recommend process improvementAssist in maintaining variance analysis tools used to identify issuesComplete ad-hoc tasks and analysis as requested by management, operations, and loss preventionAssist with the year-end audit including coordinating with the auditors regarding year end count, providing supporting schedules, and answering auditor questions
