Today, I use this experience to provide HR consulting services, offering pragmatic advice and hands on support to SME’s tailored to each client to assist them in making informed business decisions. As a qualified HR practitioner, I work to the highest of standards, and am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.The HR Dept is the UK’s largest network of HR professionals, providing outsourced Human Resource management and support services. Working with businesses in Milton Keynes & North Bedfordshire, we support business owners/managers in scaling, developing and managing their business talent. Our team of experienced HR professionals have extensive knowledge of employment law and are practiced in a wide range of scenarios, providing trusted and expert HR advice and support to meet the needs of the business and its employees. Our services are available to local enterprises who don’t have a dedicated HR professional, or those whose existing HR department may need some additional ad-hoc help and support.
