My background from IT and programmable logic with electrician capability were good to start to get known with factory automation. During my first years, I got familiar with field buses and servo drives in the heart of automated logistics systems. As fun was maintenance technician, I did interested in workplace safety and training new technicians. Team Leader Maintenace job did open opportunity to grow with those areas. With strong team we success lift reliability higher, and I did seize to a new position as Maintenance Manager.
