As a Human Resource Generalist, my role entails diverse HR functions and tasks. I oversee HR initiatives and processes, monitor their progress and successful implementation, allocate and supervise responsibilities using HR software solutions, perform quality assurance on HR-related activities, and ensure that we meet and exceed the expectations of our employees and stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities:• Setting up social media accounts (e. g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) • Schedules Facebook account, page, & sales group posting • Schedules Facebook marketplace listing • Creating a captivating post caption or description • Editing images & videos for posting • Reporting and analyzing data on traffic, reach & growth • Joining Facebook groups for sales or other postings • Provides excellent customer service through attending on client's inquiries, messages & concerns• Performs essential duties such as purchasing, marketing, inventory etc.

Duties and responsibilities:• Partnering with department heads/managers to determine staffing needs• Sourcing applicants through Online posting, Job fairs, Referrals, etc.• Screening/shortlisting applications from different sourcing strategies used.• Performing interview (in-person/phone) and facilitating various examinations• Coordinating interviews with the department heads/manager or executive management• Endorsing qualified applicants to Security Officer for thorough background investigation• Prepares documents such as Probationary Appointment, Personnel Action Notice, Payroll Endorsement Letter, etc.• Conducts orientation of company organizational profile, company’s rules and regulations, Gov’t regulatory requirements, etc.• Completing timely reports on employment activity• Conducting exit interviews on outgoing employees• Facilitates training programs of the company

Duties and responsibilities:• Assist HR Manager in designing and updating recruitment process for effectiveness and efficiency of selection• Conduct sourcing through print advertisement, tarp posting, Job websites/Online posting, Campus recruitment, Job fairs, etc.• Conduct exams and facilitate preliminary interviews• Prepares necessary documents such as Job Offer, MOA, Personnel Action Notice, etc.• Assist enrollment of newly hired remittances in PHIC, HMDF, SSS and BIR-TIN• Generate temporary IDs for probationary and contractual employees• Enroll newly hired employee in the biometric system for timekeeping purposes• Ensure completeness and updating of employee’s 201 file and information in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS)• Conducts orientation and introduction of newly hire employee/s to the management and employees.
