Developed and Managed children and youth service programs. Offered the position after helping to resurrect the organization after the flood in 2004 by moving it to another site.

Assisted in administrative duties, managing weekly classes and helping with the preparation of the sacraments of Communion and Confirmation.

Organized and implemented after school programs, family-oriented activities and AOUC community events. Managed people and all office activities including mass mailings; responding to public inquires regarding AOUC activities; data management; web site updating; design/creation of fliers, brochures, letterhead and promotional materials; mentoring students and training office/program hired help and volunteers. Communicated and worked with local community leaders on projects such as Drug and Alcohol Prevention, Health and Fitness Programs and the flood relief efforts in Sharpsburg of 2004-05.• Developed and implemented a computerized database for mass mailings, which improved efficiency by eliminating hand written addressed mailings.• Developed an on-site computer lab that enables students to use computers for homework and to learn refurbishing of computers in order to give away donated and gently used computers to disadvantaged families.• Re-established the offices of ALL of Us Care after Hurricane Ivan on September 17, 2004 in the town of Sharpsburg, PA, by locating new office space, setting up the office, and continuing the organizations programs within weeks of the flood.• Enabled growth in ALL of Us Care’s programs by up to 120 % through better advertising, familiarizing the organization with community needs and by delivering innovative programs that keep the youth involved.

Monitored elementary students at Kerr Elementary, one on one in reading and math. Managed and developed the new noon time aid system at Kerr Elementary.
