Everyone can learn from children! Why do you ask? Children don't have the knowledge of think before you speak. children say the darnest things. It is the darnest things that children say that help us become better educators. Children ask questions, they say it like it is and they offer an hand to help someone else out. I have been doing child care and behavioural management for over 18 years. I have worked in school boards, child care centers, private centres and not for profit centres. With each job I have done I take a peice of that job and bring it to my next job. That is how I grow in my professional development. professional development isn't just courses or certificates, it is applying yourself to be the best educator you can be. I love my profession. To me it is my life, I am always thinking how can I improve my centre to make it better for the children? What can you do to make change?
