Responsible for all offshore personnel logistics including the planning and arranging of all technician training, updating of the competency database, tracking of expenses and collating time sheets ensuring all information is recorded and shared with payroll.Oversee continuous training and development of team members covering internal and technical sales, procurement, business management systems, reporting and finance.Plan and organise offshore inspections, surveys, remedial work and material take off requirements.Focal point for a number of key customer accounts.Manage the recruitment and selection process of new staff members both onshore and offshore.
