I have 20+ years of solid experience in the field of Technology. I am actively involved in: Tribal and departmental Strategic Planning, department supervision, performance management, devised balanced scorecards to align with strategic plan and with department’s staff performance, provided a variety of application training and support for up to 170 end users, most notably Microsoft Office products. I am familiar with current operating systems and servers. Projects I am most proud of include the implementation and deployment of new financial and human resource packages, coordination of various hardware upgrades, implementation of Security Awareness program, project management for Fiber to the Home project, coordinating IT infrastructure for a 37,500 sq. ft. health center owned by the Sac and Fox Tribe of the Mississippi in Iowa; coordinating and managing the virtualization project for the Meskwaki Health, Meskwaki Tribal Operations, and Meskwaki Settlement School.
