My role revolves around a combination of research, project development, and customer engagement, with a primary focus on achieving measurable results.Over the last 6+ years, through my efforts, Fruity Chutes has increased sales by 180%! This is especially impressive considering the volatile and unpredictable nature of the drone industry.Creating an effective lead nurturing process was one of the major ways my efforts contributed to our massive growth. Through tracking our KPIs (key performance indicators), revenue growth, and customer engagement it became clear where we were losing sales. To combat this I created a new lead nurturing process with CRM utilization, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.Another major accomplishment of mine was creating a consultation program for helping customers pass a very difficult and risky standard. When I took on the role Fruity Chutes virtually had no social media presence. I worked as a professional musical theatre actress in over 20 productions. I performed in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City. As a performer my job was to memorize lines, music, and choreography. In every production I worked with a staff of directors, choreographers, music directors, production technicians, and other performers to produce the highest quality of performance for myself.
